I bought the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit app in 2009, why can’t I see the premium content this year?
  • Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2010 is a whole new app with new models and all new pictures and videos. Please keep enjoying the photos you got with the 2009 app and download the 2010 app to enjoy many more!
I just bought the upgrade but I can still only see the free content. What’s going on?
  • In most cases this is because the transaction was not successfully completed. If the transaction was completed you can unlock the premium content for no additional charge as many times as you like, even if you change phones or use your iTunes account on more than one device. To find out whether your transaction was successfully processed through iTunes, please follow these steps:
    1. Open iTunes
    2. Select “Store”
    3. Select “My Account,” login with your Apple ID, and click “View Account”
    4. On the Apple Account Information screen click the button marked “Purchase History”
    5. If you see “Application Upgrade, Seller: Time Inc.” listed in your purchase history, this means the transaction was processed and you can upgrade the SI Swimsuit 2010 app as many times as you like for no additional charge.
    6. If you do not see “Application Upgrade, Seller: Time Inc.” listed in your purchase history, this means the transaction was not successfully processed. You will need to try your purchase again.
I already paid for the upgrade. How come I’m back in the free version of the app?
  • If you upgraded the app and then deleted it, the app will start up in free mode when you download it again. However, you can upgrade again without incurring any additional charges to your iTunes account. Just follow the usual purchase process and tap “OK” when you see the message “You’ve already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free.”
I downloaded a video to my favorites, but I get an “unsupported format” message when I try to play the video.
  • This happens on rare occasions when the network connection is unstable at the time of download. To resolve the problem please open Favorites, tap the “Edit” button in the upper left corner, delete the non-functioning video, and download it again, making sure you have a stable network connection.
I’ve upgraded to premium, how come I still only see 5 pictures per model.
  • Be sure to check out all 7 channels of Photo content and all 8 channels of video content available in the premium app. You can change channels by swiping your finger across the channel name (e.g., Top Models) or by tapping the left or right arrows next to the channel names.
