Azuki automates ingestion of content and metadata using both push and pull models.

Supported methods include:

• MRSS (XML) feeds
• FTP
• Custom. Customers can develop their own ingestion method using Azuki’s Ingestion API and plugin interface
• Ingestion API be called externally through published REST Interface
• Ingestion Plugin interface allows customers to write their own ingestion methods using either a push or pull model

Backend service APIs facilitate integration

• Ingestion API used to manage the content and attributes
• Service API calls initiated by real-time user generated events
• REST based Service API for real-time control plane and database access
• Orchestration plug-ins enable custom queries to be defined and consolidate multiple queries into single call for efficient mobile resource management

State synchronization and data replication with external systems are supported with Azuki as either master or slave
