Challenge
High-end, professionally produced video, user generated content, and social networking define WheelsTV’s direct-to-consumer automotive content offering. Serving two inherently on-the-go constituencies—car shoppers and auto enthusiasts—WheelsTV needed a provider to help them deliver quality content and community across the broadest possible spectrum of mobile devices. In addition, WheelsTV wanted a way to present long-form video reviews for Pre-Owned Vehicles in a format suitable for mobile users.
